Education

Having a minimal undergraduate Degree in area of Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management/Industrial Engineering/Mining & Petroleum Engineering/Geology.

Master’s Degree (MM/MBA/MSc) on one of the above Majors is preferable.

Bachelor Degree (S1)/ Master (S2) from reputable Unversity with GPA Min: 3.00

Experience

Have 3 years minimum work experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Operations Management

Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Material Management, PTK-007 or general accounting principles and practices is preferable

Personality

Strong interpersonal relationship and highly motivated

Outgoing personality and self starter

Enjoy working autonomously with a strong team focus with minimal supervision.

Ability & Skill

Proficient in English, written and oral

Strong analytical skill, business minded presentation, communication, planning, coordinating and negotiation skills

Basic computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint)

Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to high standards of confidentiality,honesty and integrity.

Plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly, efficient manner.

Identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendations.

Read, comprehend and interpret written materials of moderate to complex difficulty.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client and those in the course of assignment.
